"I was looking for an investment/write off.  Mr. Lamb talked me into bringing the family out to Utah for a weekend. (Kids were not happy) They met us at the Salt Lake City Airport and dropped us at our room.  We were told to dress casual and be ready at 7:00 AM Sat morning.  We were picked up the following morning in a four door pickup truck with horse trailer in tow.  Drove for 2 hours then continued on horseback for another 3-4 hours. (Beautiful scenery), ( sore rump) That evening we sat around the campfire discussing the land purchase and enjoying cocktails, fine dinning (Hamburgers and hotdogs) and the many stars above.  Laying in our tent that night listening to the lead horses bell ring while grazing and the coyotes howl, my wife and I realized this was more like an adventure vacation than a land purchase.  We broke camp the next morning and upon arriving to Salt Lake we wrote/signed an offer and now own that property.  Jeff has arranged and manages a cattle grazing lease on the property for us.  We now consider the Lambs our very good freinds and plan on going back this year to look at another property(Family vacation). (Kids are fighting over which horse they get).  I think we are taking four wheelers this year, wont they be surprised.
